Guarantees

At Trade Windows, we understand that guarantees are important to our customers. We therefore offer a range of guarantees according to the chosen product and the purpose for which it will be used.

Standard Guarantees and Extended Warranties

As standard, we offer:

• 10-year guarantees on frames
• 10-year guarantees on fitting
• 20-year guarantees on glazed panels

On all hardware, including handles, hinges and locks etc., we offer our own 12-month guarantee.

Additionally, however, once their installation is complete, customers can visit the relevant manufacturer’s website, register their purchase online and take advantage of the manufacturer’s 10-year extended warranty. This is available at no extra charge.
