The windows are a pure delight, already the house is quieter and I'm sure the heating will be more effective without the wind whistling through the gaps!
Now, about your 'emissaries'..
They were calm and a pleasure to have around the house...
What by it's nature is an intrusive operation their courteous and friendly demeanour transformed it into a delight as room after room was transformed... with the magnificent windows...
They were installed with an incredible almost 'fractal' attention to detail.. The sealant used outside was in general clear, then as it came against a white lintel it changed to white, the gentleman didn't need to do it, it was just in them to have pride in their work, and do it right.
The short version is..... we are well pleased.
