Product: Replacement double-glazed units
Introduction:
When Mr G found evidence of clouding and condensation in some of the double-glazed panels in his home in Ingol, he contacted Trade Windows Preston and asked for a quotation for making the necessary repairs. The frames, locks and other elements of his doors and windows were in good condition, so we recommended that only the faulty double-glazed panels be replaced.
We duly provided a quote for replacing the three glazing units – two in the main body of the house, and one in the adjoining conservatory. Mr G accepted the proposal and confirmed that he was happy for the work to proceed.
A trained assessor subsequently visited the property to take detailed measurements and to plan the work, which began as scheduled a few weeks later.
The Project:
Our installers fitted new replacement panels, which came with a 20-year guarantee. The panels reinstated a clear view of the garden and enhanced the external appearance of the customer’s home. The work was completed in less than a day.
