Replacement doors, patio doors and windows, Catforth

Introduction:

Mr S was a former customer who had previously worked with us – both to upgrade his house and also through his professional work in the building and property management sectors. On this occasion, he contacted us to ask for designs and quotations for an extensive refurbishment project to his home in Catforth.  The scheme was designed to improve the property’s aesthetics and to make it more energy efficient.

The scheme would entail:

• Replacing old white uPVC windows with new, cream-coloured units
• Installing specially designed circular windows upstairs
• Installing aluminium door combinations, again in a matching cream

We visited the property to take measurements and to gain a clear understanding of Mr S’s requirements. We then supplied a quotation, which he accepted.

The Project:

The work began on schedule and was completed as planned, without incident. The new windows and doors were a good match with the property’s traditional design and the resulting work delivered the aesthetic and thermal improvements that the client had required. He wrote to us after completion to express this satisfaction.
